INTRODUCTION
In this unit we provide a brief overview about how you can monitor, measure and assess the social impact your enterprise has.
By completing the unit you will know how to:
- Define your impact measurement strategy
- Define the tools for monitoring
- Measure your social impact
- Assess the level of achievement of your social impact goals
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- understanding and how it can be used in practice,
- efficient daily and weekly planning, thus facilitating task completion,
- examine your own efficiency, self-reflection,
- effective time and resource planning when planning and setting up your own social cooperative.

This unit is part of Module 3, which introduces functional competencies. It aims to familiarize trainees with workload organization, volunteer leadership, and day-to-day work, projects, and risk management. After completing the first two modules, it is recommended to start the units of Module 3.
