INTRODUCTION

In this Unit SAGA training programme provides a schematic overview of how leadership can be interpreted in the context of social enterprises and what are the main characteristics of a good leader. The relationship between power and leadership will be similarly address. By completing this unit you will learn about the concept of leadership, the types of power associated with leadership, the roles a leader has to fulfil (even in a social enterprise) and as a closure we are offering practical tips regarding how to improve your leadership skills.
