What to keep in mind as a leader of your own business?

1. Understanding your current leadership style, or if you don’t have one yet, discover your skills which might help you become a leader here.
2. Intellectual stimulation is one of the leadership qualities that can define good leadership, effective leaders should offer new challenges with ample support to achieve these goals.
3. Exemplify the type of behaviors and characteristics that you expect form your employees, encourageing them to copy your example.
4. Would you look to someone for guidance and leadership if they did not truly care about the goals of the group? Of course not! Only start projects which makes you enthusiastic and passionate.
5. Focus on providing one-on-one communication with group members. Leaders must be able to communicate their vision to followers, who then feel inspired and motivated by this vision.
