Leadership: is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal.
In a social entrepreneurship setting, when it comes to promoting social change, the leadership helps to establish goals, and direct and motivate stakeholders and community members using a strategy that will support meeting the company’s and community’s needs.
