Self-reflective questions

  1. Think about the market you are addressing and together with the information you have on your customers, think whether you aim at one market or customer segment, or you are addressing a different segment.

  2. Prioritizing your business ideas… especially for those of you who are considering more than one venture. There are numerous ways to investigate the business ideas that have emerged for you and about which you are passionate. One of the most basic methods is to prioritize your ideas by asking yourself the following two questions:

  • How difficult or easy is it to execute the business idea successfully?
  • Will the impact be high or low in terms of what you want to achieve with your company?

Place the business ideas you have generated in the matrix below
